Bilateral Vesicoureteric Reflux may be a Rare Association in Lesch-Nyhan Syndrome: A Case Report

Lesch-Nyhan syndrome (LNS) was first described in
1964 as an X-linked recessive metabolic disorder,
caused by the complete absence of hypoxanthine
guanine phosphoribosyltransferase (HGPRT) activity.1
Incidence is 1 in 380,000 live births.2 Although
